Social Media Volunteer
At Continuum Hospice we provide terminally ill patients and their loved ones with the support and care they require to live their lives comfortably. Our skilled hospice team is dedicated to helping our patients and their families maintain their dignity and quality of life. Our goal is to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort for the patient and to provide tools, information and support for the patient's family. We provide ongoing care and support for our patients and their families for as long as it is needed.
We are looking for caring volunteers who will contribute to our care of patients and their families in their last stage of life.
We serve Marin, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma Counties.
Job description:
- Create social media presence to increase company presence and engage users
- Respond to social media posts, comments, and inquiries from users
- Post volunteer opportunities on social media sites including Facebook, Linkedin, Nextdoor, and other appropriate sources
- Design volunteer newsletter
*This position can be done remotely or in our Petaluma office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in social media and marketing
- Strong writing skills
- Proficiency in Canva Pro, Adobe, and other design software
