Network with Your Peers
On-going support, knowledge sharing, problem solving and networking opportunities are available at Roundtables for Executive Directors, Financial Managers, Managers of Volunteers, and Social Media Professionals.
- Executive Director Forum meet two or three times per year.
- Financial Managers meet on the fourth Wednesday of the month from 8:30-10:00am
- Volunteer Managers meet on the first Wednesday of the month from 8:30-10:00am
- Social Media Professionals meet on the third Tuesday of the month from 8:30-10:00am

Train Your Board of Directors
Are all your board members on the same page when it comes to understanding their roles and responsibilities? Have an expert come meet with your board! This two hour on-site training is tailored to meet your needs, focusing on:
- legal roles and responsibilities
- policy and planning
- finance and fundraising
- community relations
- evaluation of the Executive Director
- board recruitment and development
- effective meetings
In addition, the trainer will guide you through an assessment of your board's strengths and help you develop a plan to make your board even more effective.
