The Volunteer Center is closed on the first and third Fridays of each month.

	The Human Race The Human Race is the largest collaborative fund-raising event in Sonoma County and the largest Human Race in the nation! The first Human Race raised $1,800. In 2009 over 10,000 walkers and runners joined forces to nearly 1 million dollars for 250+ non profits. The 50,000 people who contribute $5, $10, or $100 to their favorite non profit are the secret to Sonoma County's Human Race success story. Call 573-3399 for further information.

	Hands On Sonoma County is a county-wide volunteer work day underwritten by Friedman's Home Improvement that mobilizes volunteer groups and individuals to help with work projects for nonprofit organizations. Learn more by clicking here.

	Sonoma County's Secret Santa is made possible due to the partnership of the Volunteer Center, KZST and Friedman's Home Improvement in conjunction with over 80 business sponsors. Each year over 15,000 gifts are provided to the clients of 150 social service agencies. Businesses, agencies, and individuals work together in a collaborative community-wide effort that brings joy and hope to everyone involved.Click here for opportunities to help.
