Volunteer Managers' Roundtable - Working with Court-Appointed Volunteers 4/5/17
This roundtable is for organizations who work with court-appointed volunteers and for those who WANT to work with court-appointed volunteers. We'll share information about how to best work with volunteers who have been assigned community service hours through the court system. We'll talk about promising practices and expectations. We'll also have time for problem solving. If you'd like to ask questions and take advantage of a judgment-free Q&A so you can make the most of your court-appointed volunteer program, please join us!
Topic: Working with Court-Appointed Volunteers
The Volunteer Management Roundtable is a great opportunity to exchange ideas and share experiences with other nonprofit professionals. The Roundtables are offered on the first Wednesday of every month. Attend every month or just a few times a year. If you have a topic you would like to discuss around Volunteer Management, we encourage you to bring your ideas to the meeting. We want to provide you with relevant information and trends that are affecting you today. So, we welcome your ideas and will try to incorporate them into or build a workshop around them.
Lori Norcia, Director of Volunteer & Nonprofit Services with the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County serves as the facilitator for the Volunteer Managers' Roundtable.
